Are you an experienced Cook who has previously worked in a school canteen, nursing home or a similar establishment? Are you looking for a role to start ASAP? We might have something just for you!
Our client is looking for an experienced Cook/Chef to head their staff kitchen.
You will be a confident cook with good understanding and ability to control tight budgets.
The kitchen is opened 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm with occasional longer times during weekends.
There is a flexibility as to the amount of days of work required and a possibility of a job share for interested candidates.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, be confident to work independently, hold an NVQ level II and valid Food Hygiene certificate, along with knowledge of allergies and special diets.
Additionally, successful candidates will be happy to undergo a DBS check.
