All painters and decorators must:
* Hold a CSCS card
* Have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the UK or hold UK painting & decorating qualification
* Be able to complete all own prep works and use a variety of paints confidently and professionally with a high-quality finish
* Have all own tools, including rollers, brushes, filling knives etc
* Have all own PPE (Hard hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles and decorators whites)
