A good working knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983
Excellent working knowledge of the practices and principles of the Care Programme Approach
Excellent knowledge of clinical conditions and systems of good practice in modern acute mental health
Good knowledge of the practices/principles promoting quality in the clinical areas
Worked in multi-disciplinary setting
Evidence of personal and professional development in contemporary mental health
Two years post qualification and completion of perceptorship
Deliver Care in accordance with the Recovery Model
Provide care to promote social inclusion and Vocational Services
Team building skills
Effective time management skills
Ability to prioritise workload, tasks and delegate appropriately
Act in a way that promotes confidence for junior members of staff
Act as role model
Flexible and caring
Hours are Monday - Friday 9-5pm
