Working with one of the leading privately owned and family run care home providers in Scotland, Elite Care People are very pleased to be recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager to work within a 40 bed quality driven nursing home in the Nairn area. This home offers elderly frail and specialist dementia nursing care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly respected care provider at a home that holds 4's & 5's with Care Inspectorate and a very strong relationship with local commissioners.
As the Home Manager you will be expected to register with Care Inspectorate and be responsible for, but not limited to, the day to day management and running of the nursing home, ensuring the highest level of care is given to the residents at all times. You will be accountable for both the operational and clinical management within the home, making sure it is in line with and exceeding regulatory requirements and company policy while offering guidance, leadership and support to the staff teams.
We are keen to speak with experienced Care Home Managers with a proven track record of quality care evidenced through previous inspections. Ideally you will be a qualified Nurse and NMC registered although we'll also be able to consider you if you are a SSSC Registered Manager with SVQ4 LMCA and relevant nursing home experience.
The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of GBP54,169 per annum alongside many other great benefits including:
