Norwich (Norfolk)

3 Month Contract

GBP12.50 per hour

IT Service Desk Analyst needed for a 3 Month Contract based in Norwich (Norfolk). Start ASAP in July 2021. Inside IR35.

Providing remote IT support for the NHS, including logging, diagnosing + resolving 1st line IT incidents.

Key experience + duties will include:

Providing remote IT incident management + 1st line support.

Hardware, software, telephony + break-fix.

Call logging, trouble-shooting, diagnosis + resolution of IT faults.

Software installation, configuration + Active Directory (AD) administration.

Fixing a high proportion of IT incidents at first contact in line with agreed SLAs.

Escalating more complex IT issues to 2nd/3rd line support engineers.

IT Asset Management, Configuration Management + tracking / monitoring progress of IT incidents.

Providing an excellent level of customer service; communicating clearly + managing users' expectations.

Reporting into the IT Service Desk Team Leader.

Any NHS / Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage
