Digital Technology Support Officer
GBP19,700 - GBP21,746 per annum

I am currently working with a healthcare provider to recruit for a Digital Technology Support Officer. The ideal candidate will have experience within the IT field, be able to support on multiple IM&T functions and have a collaborative approach to their work.
The role is offering an excellent package with amazing benefits and is working in Manchester.

Experience and qualifications

You will:
*Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
*Professional experience in networking infrastructure and system integration.
*Experience with core Internet technologies
*Experience with IT infrastructure components
*Experience establishing what drives quality and world-class customer focus and attention to details.
*Support IM&T function to deliver a quality service aligned with good practice across all areas including:
oIncident Resolution
oService Transition
oTechnology Deployment
oTechnology Disaster Recovery
*Identify opportunities for more efficient and innovative solutions to service delivery and business functions through use of technology.
*Introduce new and innovative technologies, including hardware and software solutions, and process redesign to solve business issues to enhance the organisations efficiency, capability and ultimately quality of patient care.
*Work in close collaboration with the clinical system suppliers, evaluating their technology platform and rationalising innovative technology opportunities
*Support organisations telephony platform configuration, including cross platform call recording technologies.
*Be familiar with Windows Operating systems and a detailed understanding of Active Directory / role based permissions.
*Have a track record of support and developing ICT Systems across multiple sites
*Support with business development opportunities by producing accurate activity datasets to compliment tender processes
*Directly contribute to/manage specific departmental and service-wide IM&T projects, including the development and testing of database applications and other information systems
*Support the delivery of the IM&T infrastructure, to ensure true mobile working is achieved.
*Support business continuity / disaster recovery plans for the technology portfolio and the development and management of plans for the recovery of data and systems in the event of plans and unplanned systems failure.
