Due to expansion, we have a vacancy that has arisen in our busy Purchase Ledger department. Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager your role will consist of but not be limited to:
* Matching of delivery notes to invoices
* Inputting invoices into the system
* Answering telephone
* Delegated duties for Purchase Ledger Manager
* Adhoc filing
* Query resolution
* Liaising with other departments
* Supplier account reconciliations
* Assisting with payment runs where required

Person spec:
* Meticulous attention to detail

* Excellent computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Able to work in a fast paced office environment

Experience of SAGE would be a advantageous although not essential as full training will be provided
