The Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub is looking to recruit two new members of the team, so why not join the Growth Hub team and help us to help local businesses grow?
The Business Connector (Non-ESIF) will be the initial point of phone or email contact for businesses accessing the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub, triaging or where appropriate undertaking diagnostic analysis and making appropriate referrals to the range of business support providers.
Other elements of the role will include:
- taking a proactive approach to develop relationships with partners in key sectors
- developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the range of potential local and national business support offerings available to businesses, enabling appropriate referrals can be made
- co-ordinating business support interventions with clients and monitoring their growth journey over an extended period of time
- tracking enquiries to the Growth Hub from businesses and evaluating/reporting on those enquiries
