Hybrid working available.The Role: This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to become the most senior individual contributor within this fast growth company. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing day to day relations, renewal processes and up-sales to 20 of the UK's largest property management companies. Your success will be defined by your ability to increase the overall value of the account base each year; predominantly by unearthing new divisions and locations that can integrate the platform. You will work from their central London office, and also from home. As circumstances begin to allow, you will also attend regular face to face meetings with your clients.
The Company: Our client helps large property management companies to maximise revenue and reduce wasted space in their sites across the UK. They do this using a unique model that drives short and midterm footfall to locations by marketing through travel booking sites and aggregators. The company, who started in 2015, have grown consistently since entering the UK Market but have seen an unprecedented boom in demand as the UK travel sector opened up alongside the easing of covid restrictions last year. The business expects this growth to continue before levelling out, but they also see huge growth opportunities in the corporate travel space, which has also already proved successful.
The role:
Managing 20 key accounts in the property management space
Working with D and C-Level decision makers to scale integration of the platform.
Working flexibly between home, the office and client meetingsFor this role you require:
4+ Years B2B account management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience targeting property, or commercial property (ideal but not essential)The Package:
GBP50-60K - OTE GBP100K+ (uncapped)
