About Our Client
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client based within Bromsgrove. They are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator.

Job Description

Specific responsibilities

Understand the processes of the Quality Assurance team
Maintain quality assurance procedures and make recommendations for improvements where necessary
Ensure data errors identified are rectified as soon as possible
Identify trends and report these to relevant departments to highlight training needs and reduce future errors
Assist with remuneration queries, including validation, classification and reviewing
Perform calculations for any financial corrections required
Contact relevant providers to obtain information on specific client cases
Maintain data held within the Group payaway table and Company accounts
Provide data from multiple systems to A&R and Risk on breach cases
Communicate with advisers to manage expectations where necessary
Assist on weekly audit of rebroking and revenue link loading
Build and maintain relationships across the departments of the business in order to resolve queries efficiently
Assist with data cleansing projects
Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the organisation
