Our client in Bredbury is looking for an Office Manager.
You need to be a great administrator with first class communication skills
The company is a small business employing around 20 people.
They want someone who can make sure that the office runs smoothly and things get done on time.
You will order stationery, ensure the Health and Safety of the office, manage processes and policies, assist with ISO, manage waste disposal and recycling.
You will distribute tasks to the team and ensure that customers receive an excellent service
You will run all the administration
A good knowledge of Microsoft software Excel and Word is essential
You will need Good customer service and staff management skills
Proactive and progressive attitude
Good sense of humour,
Patience and be a Team Player
