After Sales Advisor

Salary DOE

47.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday & alternate Saturday Mornings, 8am-6pm

Our client based in Bury St Edmunds is searching for a highly organised and efficient person to join their Service team at their Bury St Edmunds branch. The ideal applicant will have previous experience of working as a Service Advisor in a Franchised Dealer environment with some knowledge of Parts.

Main duties and responsibilities

To control and maximise service bookings, interpreting customer's requirements and administration control.
To conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
To ensure that customer satisfaction and customer retention is maximised.
To ensure accurate identification of customer's needs by means of parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
To ensure related sale parts are offered or sold at all times.
Presentation of the front of house reception facilities and all customer areas including car parking.
To ensure that all company policies and procedures are always adhered to.
Essential Skills and requirements

Previous experience of working in a similar role within the motor trade
Excellent organisational skills
Professional manor
