Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a well-established business based in Gainsborough who are looking to bring on board a Delivery Manager. Your role is all about ensuring the team deliver an amazing service to our customers, and achieve the results needed to ensure all our contracts succeed.
This is a contract position initially for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
-Managing performance by contract and by area, understanding the detail and implementing corrective action for underperforming areas
-Leading an operational team in relation to quality and performance
-Owning customer feedback and customer excellence, ensuring we act on feedback and continuously improve
-Managing day-to-day operations, including resourcing, assets and operational budgets
-Managing the day-to-day contact with local stakeholders, maintaining a positive working relationship to ensure we can deliver our targets
-Delivering performance in all key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple locations and multiple contracts
-Setting and monitoring objectives and targets for the team
-Taking ownership on performance reporting for all activity delivered across the group around employment and skills, producing regular performance information and analysis, with plans for improvement developed and acted upon
Key Skills:
-The ability, and experience in, leading, motivating and managing a diverse team to achieve contractual company and personal goals
-A minimum of four years' managing performance experience
-Experience of people management including coaching and developing
-Commercially astute with considerable experience of target and financial management
