Adecco are pleased to be working with a growing organisation in the North East to recruit a sales and marketing coordinator to help support their business.
The Role
You will be supporting the sales and marketing team by:
Providing a helpful and consultative response to incoming enquiries
Pro-actively nurturing prospects (prequalification) to qualified opportunity stage in line with required opportunity generation targets
Maintaining, cleansing and enriching the database
Diary management
New business prospecting
Filling up roadshow and open day appointments
Monitoring group mailboxes
Occasional Attendance to roadshows, exhibitions and events
Providing cover for staff sickness/holidays
Supporting other departments and additional duties as requiredKey Skills & Attributes
A dynamic work ethic, not afraid of trying new methods
Confident and professional communicator with great interpersonal and listening skills
Professional written and verbal communication
Ability to ask investigative questions to obtain relevant facts and information relating to prospects
Organised and self-sufficient
Attention to detail is essential to maintain an accurate and reliable customer database
A positive attitude and team-player qualitiesQualifications & Experience
- Experience working in a customer service or sales environment
- Data entry, reporting and analysis
- Proficient in computer skills including (CRM, Excel, Outlook, Word)
This is a full time role (Monday to Friday) working 09.00am until 17.00
