Due to a continued period of growth, we are expanding our team and are looking for resourcing consultants to join our team of experienced recruitment consultants supporting them with advertising and sourcing candidates for a variety of roles.

The Candidate Consultant/Resourcer Role:-

The role of a Candidate Consultant/Resourcer is to find suitable candidates for our client's job vacancies, by supporting Recruitment Consultant's on individual roles.

Being a Candidate Consultant/resourcer is an excellent stepping stone into the recruitment industry and will enable you to gain the skills and knowledge to enable you to progress to the next level.

Responsibilities of the Candidate Consultant/Resourcer:-

Writing job adverts and posting them online using job boards and social media

Using CV/candidate databases to find suitable candidates relevant to your team's live vacancies.

Calling candidates/applicants to screen them for their suitability to roles

Maintaining regular contact with candidates to check their availability for work, their recruitment and to answer and questions they may have about a role.

Representing the company with a professional and expert brand image

Working efficiently within relevant legislation and industry codes of ethics

Skills and Qualifications of the Candidate Consultant/Resourcer:-

Ambitious and driven

Excellent time management

Reliable

Excellent communication both written and verbal

Good IT skills

Confident and able to think on your feet
