As the Sales Manager, you'll have experience with;
Direct sales, operation and management experience
General management of teams in the retail, home improvements or construction industries
Generating sales and increasing revenue, building relationships and rapport
The day to day running of a company & developing future growth plans
Leading a team with initiative, attention to detail & problem-solving skills
A dynamic, ambitious, forward-thinking, sales orientated & proactive mindset
Communicating with both the team & clients in a professional and engaging way
As the Sales Manager, here's what you can expect to be doing;
Managing both the Chorley & Liverpool branches as a General Manager
Growing the business, managing budgets & identifying sales and development opportunities
Overseeing the daily business operations & management of the team (running the business & planning for the future)
Adhering to targets & objectives with an aim to increase profitability & revenue
Taking care of recruitment, training and monitoring the team's performance
Liaising with manufacturers & dealing with any supply chain issues
For this exciting and challenging Sales Manager role, you'll receive a salary of GBP28,000 - GBP33,000 plus commission (OTE GBP60,000), and the opportunity of a lifetime for someone who is ready to step up and become a General Manager, you'll have the chance to develop a business into something EPIC!
