SALARY:
Up to GBP26'000 basic / GBP30K O.T.E + ( GBP3'600 car allowance)
THE ROLE:
An experienced Lettings Manager is required to work within an already established and expanding Residential Estate and Lettings Agency. An achievable branch bonus supports a basic salary which is D.O.E
LOCATION:
Commutable from - Hull, Beverley, Cottingham, Brough, Hessle, Goole and Market Weighton, Driffield
DUTIES:
* Arrange and carry out viewings as required.
* Provide regular feedback to all landlords on letting progress and negotiate rent reductions where appropriate in order to generate lets.
* Prepare examples of comparable properties for appraisals
* Advise potential landlords on marketing strategy and maximize additional income stream.
* Generate landlord leads through marketing activities
* To train new Lettings staff and provide ongoing coaching, motivation and leadership to all staff.
* Identify new homes developments locally to develop business
* A working knowledge of lettings regulations and procedures
* Excellent administrative skills
* Monitor overall and individual performance of all lettings team members
