A leading manufacturing company based in Worcester are searching for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a Temporary - Permanent basis working Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with Friday's finishing at 16:30. The company themselves are a leading manufacturer in their industry.

The responsibilities of a Sales Administrator will be:

Receiving and directing incoming calls.
Receiving sales enquiries via e-mail or phone.
Processing purchase orders.
Assisting with preparation of presentations for major project proposals.
Updating daily sales figures.
The requirements for the Sales Administrator role will be:

Previous experience in Administration will be essential.
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel particularly.
The ability to work well and remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable speaking to clients via telephone and email.
Willing and ready to take on additional duties when needed.
This role is on a temporary - permanent basis being paid GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum with the potential of a permanent contract being offered to outstanding candidates after the completion of a 12 week period.
