Role: Music Product Manager
Salary: GBP30,000-GBP33,000 per annum DOE
Location: Sheffield
The role:
You will be responsible for defining our clients music product assortment for the various music universes which includes:
* Accompanying the product cycle from product idea to presentation and ready to be on shelf. You will work closely with graphic and designer teams.
* Monitoring of own products on the basis of various KPIs
* Working with communication team in order to assure good brand image
* You inform yourself independently about current market developments and derive future trends from them. Identifying new properties to acquire
* Competitive intelligence
* Assuring the relation with Artists/ Bands producers in relation with the Head of licensing Manager : product reportings, meetings, ???
You may have to travel as part of your role both nationally and internationally
The successful candidate:
* You have already gained some experience in product development
* You are a real music fan, you know your way around the festival and event landscape, follow Twitch, YouTube etc. and never miss a new release doesn't matter if it is Pop, Rock or Hip Hop.
* Ability to work proactively on your own and as part of a multicultural team
* You are highly methodical and organised. And of course, you are used to work with deadlines.
* An independent, structured and result-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you.
* You have ideally successfully completed a university degree or commercial vocational training
