Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm ( flexibility required for installations)
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: immediate start, ongoing, may be temporary to permanent for the right candidates
Duties:
Assisting with the production of wooden panels and furnishings and the fitting out of interior parts to products, within a manufacturing environment.
Use of power tools and machinery.
Working to technical specifications, quality standards and health and safety.
Assisting with on-site installations ( mainland travel required), may be required to drive delivery vehicle,
Experience:
Must have a good level of carpentry/joinery experience, previous fitting experience is an advantage.
Must be able to work well as part of a team, to technical drawings and quality standards.
Must have a full driver's licence and be flexible with working hours.
Salary: GBP9 - 11.00 per hour worked dependent upon experience
