Field Manager - Telford - Up to GBP45,000
The Company
A UK Infrastructure provider covering a variety of projects, with technology from copper, fibre and wireless technology. They deliver once, future-proofed ultrafast Gigabit-capable full fibre broadband, giving buildings and homes the fastest available broadband. They have secured investment to deliver Fibre Only, Wholesale Only, Gigabit Broadband to more than 500,000 premises by 2025.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for sequencing, permitting, and site inspection of all fibre highway works. This includes existing and new PIA work, compliance with NRSWA and TMA.
Responsibilities

Inspect sites to identify requirements
*
Work alongside the Build Manager and SHEQ teams to ensure standards are met
*
Coordinate sequences of events with PMO
*
Survey and develop TM plans
*
Gather and collate evidence regarding any challenges received from local authorities in relation to NRSWA
*
Manage an in-house pool of fibre engineers and operatives
Skills and Experience
*
Strong knowledge of NRSWA, TMA and Codes of Practice
*
CDM/ Health and Safety knowledge within the utilities/ telecoms sector
*
Experience of supervising staff / site supervision
*
Health and Safety Risk Assessments
