Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager within Industrial/Engineering business background? Pro Tech are currently looking for an experienced customer service manager to work for their client who specialises in manufacturing engineering products and based near Croydon. They have state of the art facilities and produce best quality products within the market. As a customer service manager you will be responsible in supervising sales coordinator team, utilising their product knowledge to effectively provide quality service to customers. This role requires generating new business contacts giving an initial overview of products and services using various social media platforms and ensuring regular and systematic follow up of opportunities to maximise opportunities.
Customer Service Manager Requirements:
Candidate will hold relevant qualification in Business Studies.
Candidate will have more than 10 year's demonstrable experience within Sales and Customer service in an industrial/Engineering Business.
Candidate will have good understanding of Legal contracts, terms & conditions, and Quality clauses used in business environment.
Candidates will have strong PC aptitude and CRM packages (Sales force preferred)
Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
Customer service manager will be responsible for managing complete life cycle of customers within business.
Customer Service Manager will develop relationship with new and existing customer by providing support, information and guidance.
Customer Service Manager will ensure all customer contracts comply with operating procedures and flow down of requirements are identified throughout business.
