Due to recent successes, my client are looking to recruit a HR Co-ordinator on a FTC basis. This role will be located in Huddersfield.

My client are an award-winning organisation based in Huddersfield who offer a range of exciting career opportunities and one of the most dedicated training programmes available. They are looking to appoint a HR Co-ordinator on a FTC Basis who is passionate for success.


The key responsibilities for the HR Co-ordinator will include:

Creating offer letters and contracts for new starters - a form is sent in from the line manager with the details, we have template documents to work from
Liaising with the line manager and collating new starter paperwork, ensuring everything is received before the start date
Setting the new starter up on our HR and Payroll system
Processing variations to colleagues T's and C's - the line manager sends in a form with the changes, a letter is created (using a template) and changes made
Processing leavers - leaver form received on the system from the line manager. Leave date to be entered into the system and produce letter using a standard template to confirm their resignation (where appropriate)
Complete exit interviews over the phone using a standard set of questionsProfile

The successful HR Co-ordinator will have/ be:

Passionate, motivated and driven
Experience within a similar environment
Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
