An experienced Autocentre Manager is required for a busy service centre in Thetford
Basic salary up to GBP32,000 plus bonuses OTE GBP40,000 +

The role is to fully manage a busy MOT and repair centre, the garage is part of a major national repair chain.
The Service Manager will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the workshop and MOT lanes. The goal is to achieve, or exceed, the branch monthly MOT, labour and parts targets as well as deliver the very best customer experience.
This role requires a strong management style, and the candidate will be expected to show an understanding of the structure of a business, business processes, site profitability, workshop loading, targets and how to achieve them. Above all you need to demonstrate you can effectively manage and build a first-class team of Technicians and MOT Testers.
Either franchise or independent experience required, and a mixture of both is desirable.
Our client is the retail arm of the UK's largest independent tyre wholesaler, distributor and retailer who sell one in every five tyres replaced by UK motorists. They now employ in excess of 1,500 employees, operating across an expanding network of centres with further expansion planned this year
