Trainer / Assessor - Taunton, Somerset
Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP24,000 Per Annum
The Company
Our client's internal training department deliver induction training to both internal and external providers. They provide Diplomas in Health & Social Care, Management and Team Leading Awards, in addition to other nationally recognised qualifications through City & Guilds and the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client to recruit a new team member to work primarily across Somerset, although it will also cover Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES) The position is full-time and would require flexibility in working hours.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver induction/mandatory training for both internal and external candidates (in an agreed timeframe)
Provide support, motivation and guidance
Ability to adapt your approach to meet the specific learning needs of the individual
Organise and maintain relevant documentation
Contribute to the delivery of qualifications within the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF)
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Assessors Qualification
Full Driving License
