Basic Salary £23,000 Plus Team Commission/Bonus Structure (£30,000 OTE)

The National Junior Retail Sales Merchandiser Role:

This position would suit someone with both sales and visual merchandising experience (Full product training will be provided).

Reporting to the National Accounts Manager the role will involve:

+ Build constructive face to face business relationships with both regional trade and retail market based customers.
+ Advance/evolve customer sales by way of product range merchandising, POS support, product training, trade day support.
+ Collaborating with existing National Accounts Business Development Managers in delivering short, mid and long term sales expansion objectives within key national distributors.
+ Promote the company’s product training and merchandising services by way of addressing or predicting clients’ key sales objectives.
+ Supporting National distributor promotion/new product launch sales initiatives.
+ Keep up to date records of sales, customer interaction and key projects via the company CRM system.
+ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

What we are looking for:

+ You’ll ideally have sales and visual merchandising experience, although not essential.
+ You’ll be comfortable with working with data and analytical skills.
+ Able to demonstrate strong customer relationship/negotiation skills.
+ You’ll have resilience under pressure.
+ The ability to build and develop long term client relationships.
+ You’ll be passionate about delivering a good customer experience/journey.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Patient and friendly personality/team player.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ You’ll be computer literate
+ Posses good time management
