Managing volumes of curtain order's that are manufactured at our Preston based factory, you will provide an end-to-end support service for our customers, sales agents, external fitting teams and production staff.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Clerk:
Facilitate an allocated volume of curtain assigned orders through the production process, updating customers, liaising with sales agents, external fitting teams and internal production staff.
Production update chasing.
Sales agent field support.
External fitting team support.
Product ordering.
Resolution/Escalation of all pre- and post-delivery customer queries. Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and written communication you will make sure that all queries are accurately detailed, handled and resolved within a timely manner. Ensuring appropriate escalation to management where necessary.
Requirements of the Customer service Clerk:
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong organisational skill.
Good experience of Microsoft Office functions.
A Friendly, positive person that enjoys working as part of a team but can also work well from own initiative.
Full training and support will be provided.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Mon-Thurs)
8:30am - 1:15pm (Fri)
37.5 Hours per week
