An excellent opportunity has come up for a successful candidate to join an ever growing team as an office clerk for our client in logistics, based in Middleton. We are looking for someone with previous office administration experience to hit the ground running in a busy environment. Day to day duties will include, inbound and outbound customer calls to answer queries. Liaising with multiple departments via internal emails. Collections from the depot window, updating in house systems and data entry.
In order to be considered for this role you MUST:
Have previous experience in Office Administration
Have a good telephone manner
Possess good Customer Service Skills
Be computer literate
Flexible in working responsibilities
Be reliable for attendance
