Extrastaff are recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join this busy team working as part of a multi national company.

They are looking for a forward thinking, organised administrator to help in the logistics department. Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 07.00-15.15 then on a Friday you will work 07:00-12:45.

The position will involve the below duties:

- Clocking and recording start and finish times for staff on site

- Updating goods received notes for upcoming deliveries and purchase orders

- Customs clearance administration and checking supplier information on the system

- Updating stock reports and any item delivery delays

- Housekeeping on the QMS system and all system administration

You need to be a team player who can pay good attention to detail with the ability to recognise and react to time sensitive tasks as and when they arise.

This company can offer a permanent position, an early finish on a Friday and will provide system and process training whilst in the role.
