Mortgage Adviser
Remotely based (access to Swansea office)
The role:
We are currently working exclusively for a successful business who enjoy many professional partnerships and who focus on whole of market mortgage advice and broad lending solutions. Reporting directly to Head of Operations the role of Mortgage Adviser will provide whole of market advice & support to a consistently developing client base. This is a great opportunity to progress your Mortgage Adviser career with great admin/IT support, consistent quality leads and great uncapped commission. Further responsibilities include???
* Building relationships with Independent Financial Advisers and Mortgage Brokers through training and support
* Provide advice on a range of Mortgage products through telephone and video conference conversations & meetings
* Operate as a Fit & Proper Person
* Work as part of a dedicated & professional team
* Benefit from a regular & strong lead flow
* Expert support & guidance on complex cases as and when required
The Company:

The Person:
* Experience of providing Mortgage Advice
* CeMAP or equivalent mortgage advice qualification
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Self-motivated with the ambition and drive to develop yourself and your client relationships
* 37.5 hr working week. However, you will need to be flexible to meet business and client needs. Some weekend work may be required.
* Remote working available with periodic travel to Swansea office.
Salary:
GBP25k plus unlimited commission plus pension
