An exciting time for this business as they are going through growth and expansion. As a result they are looking for a showroom manager/supervisor to head up their site in Tonbridge. Not only will you be rewarded with a healthy commission structure you will also be given all the training and development opportunities to build a long lasting career.
THE ROLE
Providing high levels of customer service in the showroom at all times.
Designing bathrooms for both trade and retail customers.
Driving business with both new and existing customers.
Ensuring high margins achieved on all products sold.
To provide a liaison role between the showroom and senior management team.
KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills in a trade or retail environment
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
Experience in selling and designing bathrooms is not essential as full training will be given
Full driving licence preferred
