Accounts Assistant - Hull - Up to GBP22,000 + Benefits
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a well-respected and fast-growing national engineering business based on the outskirts of Hull. They are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable, people focused UK wide business.
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
Ensuring all invoices and certificates are accurately entered
Reconciling supplier and control accounts
Ensuring all invoices have the correct PO's and documentation
Ensure payments are made to schedule and in line with company policy
Liaising with suppliers to resolve any queries
Maintaining strong internal and external relationships
Updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets
Ad-hoc reporting and assisting in other accounting dutiesRequired Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role
Sub-contract ledger experience would be highly beneficial
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Excellent communication and time management skills and the ability to multitask to tight deadlines
Strong computer skills
Actively studying or qualified AAT would be an advantageIn Return You'll Receive:
