We are currently working with a fantastic company who are looking to recruit a HR Assistant for this lovely Part time maternity cover. The main remit of the role will be to provide assistance and support for all aspects of HR to Managers and departments across the company. This is an extremely varied and supported role working closely with one other and will include:

* Maintaining and updating all HR documentation including; organisation chart, handbook, contracts, job descriptions etc.

* Administration of the company benefit schemes

* Full involvement with recruitment from arranging and conducting interviews to final offer stage and issuing contracts

* Induction and onboarding of new employees

* Providing advice and support on a variety of HR related matters

This is such a great role and will suit someone who has strong organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and solid people skills. You will be degree educated and have CIPD Level 3 or above. Hours are negotiable ideally over 2-3 days. There is also the opportunity for remote working. Please get in touch to discuss further.
