Our Funding Compliance Manager will work with the Director of Management Information Services (MIS), the Head of MIS and other MIS Managers to develop and test its funding compliance procedures to ensure the Group meets its obligations and responsibilities as a public funded FE corporation.
You will support the Group to meet its compliance responsibilities, by performing funding audits, desk-based data reconciliation and other general compliance checks. You will monitor compliance of subcontracted provision, ensuring the Group and its sub-contractors comply with all applicable funding rules and regulations, and monitor and report on Group data subject access requests and other data protection enquiries.
As our Funding Compliance Manager, you will be qualified to Level 3 or above in a relevant subject and have an extensive working knowledge of ESFA / GLA funding rules. With a high level of computer literacy and the ability to produce and present reports to a variety of audiences, you will be able to work calm under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. Experience of managing staff is also essential.
Experience of working in MIS or a similar area of an FE institution is desirable, as is working knowledge of OFS and ESF funding rules.
