In-house Recruitment Executive - Scotland
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and ambitious recruitment specialist to join our growing team in Dunfermline, focusing on the whole of Scotland. Working closely with the Hiring Managers and HR team, this could be the ideal opportunity for someone with previous agency experience looking to transition in-house and work for a leading brand. You will be managing various recruitment campaigns across the trade divisions in all of our Scottish sites therefore a full UK driver's licence is required
We are looking for an enthusiastic and focussed individual who can:
* Work closely with HR, Recruitment and Hiring Managers to identify role requirements
* Create job descriptions and advise on budgets
* Advertise roles, review applications and undertake initial candidate screening
* Co-ordinate interviews and relevant technical tests with team managers
* Utilise search tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed to build network of potential candidates
* Work with colleagues across the company, including marketing and technical teams, to build professional networks and promote employer brand
* Negotiate and issue job offers
* Maintain organised candidate database
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of volume recruitment, preferably in a blue collar/trades & labour environment (Agency or in-house)
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form and build relationships both internally and externally
* High levels of enthusiasm, bringing fresh ideas to promote our household employer brand
* Passion towards working for the UK no1 home improvements company
