Working in an established, supportive recruitment/HR team for a flexible and forward thinking organisation with strong core values and high levels of engagement from their employees. This is an initial 6 month contract role with potential to move into a permanent role. You can be based from Croydon office or alternative option to be based in Mid Kent region with flexibility to work from home as well. You will support the organisation in delivering an innovative and fresh talent acquisition strategy with consistent processes and procedures, delivering first class end to end recruitment service to the business.
Your role will cover, attraction, interview and selection, employer brand proposition, management info and on-boarding. You will have good knowledge of recruitment practice and how to implement this in an in-house environment, experienced on full-cycle recruitment with strong stakeholder management skills, direct sourcing experience from Linked in and job boards and experienced in ATS's and proficient in social media and its role in Employer branding.
