About the Job
We have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who is willing to take the next step in their career with our fast growing client based in Glasgow City Centre. They are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and can deliver excellent customer service.
Key Accountabilities
* Keep track of outstanding debts
* Plan course of action to recover owed money
* Deal with invoice and payment queries
* Administer the process of customer payments via Credit / Debit Card
* Build and maintain customer relationships
* Monitor and investigate the unallocated cash account balances and achieve targets set by management
* Ensure the highest levels of customer service to optimise the customer's experience
About the Person
As the ideal candidate for the Credit Controller position, you will be a highly organised and resilient individual with strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a high level of numeracy skills. You'll have proven experience in a credit control environment and excellent customer service skills.
Salary Package
The salary for the Credit Controller position is depending on experience + benefits and substantial opportunities to learn and develop your career.
