Salutem is a fast-growing, acquisitive group that has grown out of a number of different businesses with different backgrounds and processes.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to help us modernize our reporting and automate data-led processes across the business.
You'll report to the Group Head of Business Intelligence and work on a diverse list of projects with a variety of colleagues from across Salutem. You'll be supported to continuously learn new systems, tools and techniques, and be encouraged to voice and explore your own ideas in order to make a meaningful impact on our care and education business.
Previous experience in an analysis role of some sort will be beneficial, but training will be given to promising candidates at the start of their career in data analysis and business intelligence.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in the analysis, development and implementation of high-quality business intelligence solutions
* Over time, you will support the Group Head of Business Intelligence to:
* Build first-class Power BI reports according to business specifications
* Streamline data processes across multiple departments/systems
* Deliver intuitive process and reporting solutions for end users at all levels of technical ability, across both our operational teams and our central services support functions
* Automate processes using Microsoft's Power Platform, Excel and similar tools
* Support colleagues with the use of the tools we build and other general technical queries
* Learn new systems and use that knowledge to support colleagues across the group
Required Attributes:
* Experience analysing large volumes of complex data
* Advanced Excel
* Willing to constantly learn new systems and technologies
* Personable, customer-focused, able to relate to colleagues at all levels
* Holds themselves to a high standard and delivers first-class solutions for both technical and non-technical users
Desirable skills:
* Finance, IT or data background
* Power BI / Power Query / DAX (Will be taught on the job if no previous experience)
