Treasury Analyst (Property /Securitisation) - Liverpool
GBP24,700 and a vast range of benefits including flexible/agile working post COVID (Working from home currently)
Our client is a not for profit organisation who are seeking an individual to undertake the role of Treasury Analyst. The role will sit as part of the wider treasury team but will be focused on the successful delivery of property securitisation and property related tasks. These will include :
* Arranging property releases with funders/trustees.
* Dealing with land registry enquiries.
* Undertaking property data integrity and analysis.
* Arranging funding valuations.
* Ad-hoc internal and external property queries.
* Dealing with title investigation work, retrieval of securitisation documents, working on property issues to achieve securitisation.
* Responsible for identifying and resolving any issues on uncharged stock (using in depth data analysis and information supplied from other teams or external parties).
* Responsible for raising any issues during securitisation / charging in a timely fashion and to work towards / take responsibility for finding and actioning solutions wherever possible in order to achieve target completion date.
* Liaise with the Group's lenders, solicitors, surveyors and security trustees on matters relating to property charged portfolios, including additions, substitutions, removals and disposals.
* Organise treasury related information and paperwork relevant to investment committee meetings, ensuring that it is up to date and accessible at all times.
* Maintain and update Treasury's various property records to be used by Treasury and any other department within the Group.
* Reconcile large volume property information on a periodic basis, identifying and reporting on any differences.
* Co-Ordinate property funding valuations in line with current loan facilities or charging exercises.
* To obtain and be responsible for obtaining land registry information on property related matters for the treasury team and occasionally any other member of the Group as required.
It is essential you have strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to work using your initiative and can analyse vast amounts of data. It is vital you have advanced Excel skills and experience of working in a property management company would be an advantage
