Our client based in Redditch are a growing internet company. They are now looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to process orders and take incoming sales calls. There will also occasionally be the need to assist with the manufacture and packing of products.

Monday to Friday
Monday-Thursday 8am to 4.30pm Friday - 8 am to 4pm
30 mins lunch at 1pm as well as short tea breaks morning and afternoon.
This role does not currently involve weekends and at present we do not envisage this to be necessary, however this could eventually happen, depending upon how busy we become, but we doubt it will be necessary.

Processing internet orders for the warehouse to pack
Answering sales calls coming into the office (after product training)
Processing and dispatching orders via our post room
General Admin related office tasks such as filing etc
Involves use of computer and various Microsoft software programs
Placing orders on suppliers
Working with QuickBooks accountancy software
Assist Warehouse with preparation of orders if necessary
Assist Warehouse with production of products if necessary
Involves, heavy lifting up to 20 KG's, some physical activity, and common sense.

Personal requirements
Good communicator
Have excellent attention to detail skills
Able to work in a team environment
Computer literate, MS Office etc
Have an excellent command of English and able to explain (after product training) products to clients
Have an excellent command of written English
Articulate and able to multi task
Be a tidy and organised person
Able to learn new tasks and skills to fulfil the role
Have a positive "can do" attitude and enjoy the camaraderie around the work environment
