Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant who is looking to join an established family run business who offer their staff flexibility in working hours???.. This could be the role for you. Initially working on a temporary ongoing basis, located in Pitlochry, working a minimum of 21 hours per week with flexibility in working days and times. Full time hours can be accommodated. Pay rate is GBP10 per hour.
Working as part of a small busy team, reporting to the Financial Controller, your main duties will include:
Posting of all supplier invoices to Purchase Ledger
Reconciling of bank statement
Credit control
Banking
Data Entry
Assist with payroll administration
Any additional ad hoc work
Required skills:
Previous accounts assistant experience essential
Attention to detail
Methodical and thorough approach to work
Naturally organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
Great team player
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Experience in using Sage accounting software preferred
Due to location own transport is preferred
