My Client, a leading FMCG Company based in Middlesex are currently recruiting for a Wholesale Manager on a full time permanent basis, with a salary of GBP35,000 to GBP40,000.
You will be responsible for managing a busy Wholesale office, looking after a team of seven administrators.
Your role will involve -
Order Processing
Using NetSuite to process customer sales order & purchase orders
Maintain accurate stock control records
Processing customer orders daily, preparing paperwork daily for dispatch
Ensure system stocks are accurate on NetSuite
Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information
Purchase order checks, follow up and invoices to match
Account set up and customer help
Customer Relations
Ensure customer satisfaction and efficient query/complaint follow up
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Professionally respond to all customer queries
Ensure team are fully trained in the delivery of customer service
Ensure all elements of customer interactions are handled seamlessly in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Customer Account Manager
People Management
Ensure all office files are maintained
Accurate management of absence and holiday planning
Manage and develop the administration team keeping them motivated
Ensure training matrix and records are up to date in conjunction with HR team
Performance manage the team where necessary
Train new starters
Food Safety, H&S
Understand the importance of DEMETER/ BRC accreditation
Ensure filing is complete to maintain traceability
Follow up on complaints and log them on the the system, liaising with the Technical department
Oversee the maintenance of systems to support the efficient running of the office
Participate in traceability audits
The ideal candidate will possess -
Previous experience in a similar role as a Customer Service Manager
Health and Safety experience
Experience within the FMCG industry
Advanced IT skills
