Our client are market leaders in the provision of managed print and document workflow solutions, enterprise content management and technology optimisation. Due to continued growth and success they are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Account Manager offering IT solutions both Hardware and Software into the UK SME market-place.

This role will start out as a Remote position and then move ino a hybrid position working 2 days/week in the Manchester office and 3 days/week to work from home - genuine flexibility here dependant on individual preference.

Starting base salary at GBP30k with the scope to earn an additional GBP15-20k so a Year 1 GBP45-50k OTE

Our team is made up of highly capable Inside Sales Account Managers who deliver business outcomes to customers focused on the latest hardware and software technologies, so excellent training and mentoring in our client's buddy-up mentoring scheme and continous career development on offer here.

You'll develop a strong understanding of their requirements and challenges aiming to deliver added-value with our products and solutions and generate profitable growth.

With a core focus on nurturing and developing existing account and new business growth you'll look to cross-sell and upsell.

Ideal candidate profile would be an Account Manager with experience cross-selling and up-selling and exceeding quota targets within the IT sector

As an Inside Sales Account Manager on our team you'll get to know our customers to solve their challenges and deliver business success. We are looking for excellent communicators who have good knowledge about the IT landscape.

You will be passionate technology about helping customer succeed by positioning our solutions, driving innovation and automation and confident in explaining how a business can benefit by embracing a range of different technologies.

The ability to develop long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor ensuring the highest level of service/delivery and owning the client relationship and have the passion, drive and motivation to write your own pay cheque with monthly commission on offer.
