JOB TITLE: Resource and Strategy Planning Analyst
LOCATION: Solihull - 50/50 split office and WFH
TYPE: Long term contract with potential for perm
SALARY: Competitive

Randstad are recruiting for a Resource and Strategy Planning Analyst, on behalf of a well known brand, with a number of household name products. The successful candidate will support the Operations team in analysing business needs against resource, with a core focus on forward thinking strategy development.
Responsibilities include;
Provide and manage forecasting, scheduling and capacity planning within Operations
Align resource requirements against actual FTE, and make proposals to improve efficiency and
budgetary control
Ensure all modelling tools are kept up to date, are accurate, and departments are modelled in
the best way to achieve departmental goals
Proactively provide analysis and insight on efficiency opportunities, and ways to improve
performance and customer experiences
Ideal Experience/Qualifications:
Experience with resource planning/allocation
An understanding of forecasting and capacity planning techniques and tools
Able to analyse and interpret information
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
Problem solving and attention to detail
Great team player, happy to work across different teams in the business
