The successful Marketing Manager will be interested in all aspects of marketing. They'll understand the relevance and purpose of all digital marketing channels, and have experience developing and running CRM programmes and Social Media campaigns.

This role is for someone who has previously worked in either/both the education/training landscape and/or the Financial Services sector.

They will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can work alongside a small (but perfectly formed) Creative and Marketing team, as an integral member of the department. They'll report to the CMO and work closely alongside business unit leads, ensuring marketing effectiveness and adherence to budgetary frameworks.

The work isn't limited to CRM and Social but this will form the lion share of activity, with additional projects being activated with external partner agencies, PR teams and Data teams.

Further down the line there will be opportunities to grow into other Group companies, where we deliver AI and Biometric performance solutions for both our Trading brand and external clients.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Support with Developing the marketing strategy and plan

* Management of the marketing mix

* Understanding current and potential customers

* Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management) and making customer focused decisions

* Managing agencies & budgets and measuring success

* Ensuring timely delivery

* Maintaining the FSTP website which includes loading, updating news & monitoring website using analytics.

* Create an ongoing schedule of events for the open course element of the business with the partners.

* Create, schedule and manage any email campaigns for all open course offerings and combining this with our social media communication campaigns.

* Content creation support for social media channels.

* Managing the social media channels for FSTP, namely Twitter and LinkedIn.

* Organizing and coordinating FSTP's presence at all exhibitions agreed by the partners

* Complete the full booking process where required.

* Take on opportunities that come into the office via email or phone off the back of the open course marketing.

* Carry out administration of in-house events from initial contact through sale / event completion and evaluation
