This role is perfect for an experienced recruitment administrator or coordinator who has worked in a small team or even better, in a standalone role.
You'll be joining this well-known global engineering and environmental services organisation at their Head Office, as part of the HR team.
A maternity cover position, you'll have the brilliant opportunity to spend time working alongside the existing recruiter, before taking over for a year.
You should be confident in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for this busy function, working on a variety of roles in different locations all over the UK.
Location: High Wycombe but you may be travelling on occasion to other company sites in the UK as needed.
Salary: circa GBP30,000 depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days' holiday (+ bank hols), pension, private medical, dental and life insurance.
It would be ideal if you've recruited in a similar environment e.g. engineering, aerospace, automotive, construction or similar type of industry.
You'll be spinning a lot of plates! There will be multiple vacancies to recruit for, from junior to senior level roles, all over the UK.
