Salary to GBP23k, pension, 25 days holiday
* My client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their specialist manufacturing business in Stoke-on-Trent.
The Role
* As a competent Sales Administrator, you will answer customer and stakeholder enquiries, reacting promptly to provide the information required, adding value to all customer relationships by delivering an enhanced and superior level of customer service.
* Managing sales related enquiries, you will build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to promote new products and services.
* You will process sales orders and book transport, accurately maintaining and updating customer records on the CRM system.
* You will maintain sales records, dealing with accounting queries and project information.
The Candidate
* An experienced Sales Administrator with excellent communication skills, together with good rapport and relationship management.
* Experienced using CRM systems.
* Passionate about sales and customer service.
* Enjoys working within a team environment.
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
* A strong team player.
