Virtual Account Manager - Kia
Location: Nantwich
Salary: Up to GBP27,000 basic + benefit package worth GBP1,500 p/a + performance-based commission structure.

The role is home-based during COVID-19 (you will be provided with all the necessary equipment and training). Once safe to do so, the role will be based within our Nantwich office.
The Role:
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for having detailed conversations with fleet managers / people within companies responsible for fleet purchasing decisions.
The critical success factor, in addition to proactive database management is being able to identify opportunities to provide either a quote or a demonstration vehicle, effectively being a major part of the overall sales team. Through thorough qualification and building relationships with prospective companies, you will identify sales opportunities.
Attention to detail is of paramount importance.
You will be responsible for:
* Account management of large accounts across the UK, maintaining relationships through regular, targeted contact
* Keeping on top of market trends, maintaining product knowledge and understanding competitors current and future products
* Analysing company rate books and vehicle bandings to position the brand accordingly
* Making decisions on what level of support to provide customers and submitting bespoke terms to place the brand in the best possible position against competitors
* Managing existing and new relationships
* Working closely with the client to discuss large opportunities
* Discussing and assessing any historical issues, poor relationships and loss of confidence with lapsed customers
Directly relevant experience is an advantage, we are looking for:
* High levels of attention to detail, particularly with respect to error checking and accuracy with numbers
* Strong IT skills and the ability to manage a database
* Good sales skills, particularly the ability to identify opportunities, cross-sell etc.
* Calm and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in cars / ability to assimilate the brand quickly and effectively
* Maturity and confidence. The successful applicant should be able to build rapport well and instil confidence in both client and prospect
* A professional, articulate, and presentable demeanour. The Regional Business Sales Manager will be directly responsible for dealing with customers of Kia UK and should represent them accordingly
