BardWood Support Services are now looking for security officers that can demonstrate the confidence, experience, drive, flexibility and determination to provide the highest standard of operational service within a busy environment. The ideal candidates will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client.
The position requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service & communication skills are essential along with a positive/helpful attitude.
Rates: GBP11.25 per hour
Location: London
Guaranteed 40 hours per week as a minimum.
Shifts Days/ Nights and Weekends
You must have:
* 5 year checkable work history
* Valid SIA badge
* Excellent communication
* Excellent customer service
Duties:
* To provide secure access and egress to and from the site
* To provide an excellent Front of House, point of contact and information hub to staff and visitors to the site
* To provide 3-foot patrols per 12-hour shift within a defined area as a deterrent to protect clients property
* To proactively spot suspicious behaviour of persons and report such incidents
* To maintain the clients key safe, and record all keys issued
* To keep a detailed log of visitors, incidents at the site
* To provide an end of day lock up service, and a morning unlock service as per shifts
* To effectively deal with incidents as they arise, and record and report them correctly
* When required escort visitors to their destination on the site
* Monitor CCTV
* On occasions search persons and vehicles entering or leaving the site
