We are delighted to be working with a well established and well known organisation to recruit a Learning & Development Advisor.
The successful candidate will contribute to the company Learning and Development strategy to assist Managers and team members with the knowledge they need in order to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Redesign the current L&D programme to benefit new members of staff and current employees to promote continued training and development
Design a monthly induction programme for new members of staff so they fully understand their role and what they need in order to succeed
Promote different learning methods available to Managers and staff such as e-learning, face to face training and virtual learning. This will also include H&S and mandatory training
Support Managers in identifying learning opportunities for team members that support company and personal development plans
Design career progression pathways for all members of staff to understand including apprentices and those on internships
Work with external trainers to meet strategy objectives
Ensure all training programmes are delivered within agreed timeframes and budgetKey Skills

CIPD Level 3 Award in Learning & Development (or equivalent) or CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent) is desirable
ILM Level 3 Management and Leadership (or equivalent) or a willingness to achieve is essential
At least 3 years experience of delivering training programmes is essential
A broad knowledge of learning and development trends and practice is essential
A sound understanding of legislation, regulation and best practice is required
Line Management experience is desirable
